SHIPPING
We typically ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order products (all custom-logo earphones) require additional manufacturing time. Once an order is shipped, the delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

We ship to most of the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

In order to keep shipping costs down, our basic international shipping is done via USPS First Class International. This shipping method does not offer tracking via the USPS website and does not have a specified delivery period. It is not available in all countries. Typical delivery times are 2-4 weeks for delivery, however, shipping to some countries may take longer. We will choose the appropriate shipping method for your country/region, and for the quickest and safest service, please use FedEx, DHL, or USPS Priority Mail (we will charge the shipping fee).

USPS Express Mail International (EMS) (where available):
Delivery Time (estimate): 3-5 business days. Tracking: Yes

FedEx International Priority:
Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Reach major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days. From the U.S. to more than 220 countries and territories.

FedEx International Economy:
Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). From the U.S. to more than 215 countries and territories.

BASN typically ships orders within 1-2 business days. Orders shipped by methods that do not offer tracking are the customer’s responsibility from the time of shipment. Please make sure your address is correct in our system.

We are looking to expand our retailers worldwide, so if we are not locally available in your country, please ask your local PRO audio and music instrument stores to carry BASN products 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.
